WHO WE ARE
We are a small group people who were all in the Australian Towing Industry and got sick of being ripped off when it came to purchasing electrical products for our trucks. Not only that, the after sales service we "weren't" receiving, enough was enough which is when we got together to cut out the "Middle Man".
We decided to source out our own products and we did this by finding our own suppliers which as it turns out, was the best move we ever made and quite accidental. The suppliers we found and chose had to measure up to our standards which thankfully, they did. Although it took us a while to find them, it was well worth it and their products are fantastic along with their Customer Service. Imagine our surprise when we had a few questions after the first delivery and they ALL got answered... by a real person even!
The items we did choose, were few and relevant to our Industry and we did that on purpose. We don't want to be the biggest company in Australia, we just want to give you the best service before, during and after buying from us. We are also very realistic too knowing we can't please everyone, but that's just a bridge we cross when we get there.
Further more, we decided we would never sell our Customers what they didn't need... even if they think they need it. (Okay, that's a lie. If they make a big enough song and dance about it, we'll take their money)! With our LED Lightbars, we want people to see you from a good distance... not be blinded by you from space.
Next thing you know, some phone calls start coming in and away we go. the products we initially got, were for our on trucks and once we were seen out on the road by a few of our co-workers, it just found its groove. And now, we have even had some serious enquiries from motoring associations closely followed by a couple of major towing companies.
At the end of the day, we cater for the Australian Towing Industry and we do this because no one else really does! No one else is going to look after you with an Industry product more than people who have been in the Industry!! Yes we sell products and we get paid for selling them, but really they are bi-products. Treating the Customer first, giving them the advice on what they need and not selling them what they don't need, is what makes us stand out. Money's great, repeat business and customer satisfaction is goes beyond great.
