**PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE ALL REAL
QUESTIONS I HAVE RECEIVED**
- How ... ?
- Where ... ?
- Why ... ?
- Who ... ?
- What ... ?
- When ... ?
Very simply, the professional one. If that doesn't work, maybe use a first
up basis meaning which ever truck was there first... pick them.
The best way would be to ring either your Insurance Company or your Motor
Club. (IE RACQ, NRMA, etc) They will be able to tell you who their recommended
people are and also where they are. Keep in mind that you do not have to go to a
repairer from the scene of an accident, unless it is stated on your policy, you
can nominate for the car to go to a holding yard. If you are not sure, let
the driver know who you are insured with and he or she should be able to tell
you.
I get asked this one quite a bit, usually when I am quoting a job.
You are paying for convenience and experience. If you want you car
to stay on one truck, picked up from one door step then dropped off at the next
door step, I will gladly do that for you, but you will pay for it and yes it is
expensive... just like the truck and equipment I need to do these sorts of tows.

That's not really for anyone to say except for the
Police Department and/or the Insurance Company. Accident fault can be a tricky
situation so usually, the best thing to do is let to let the relevant services
do their job and go from their.
First and foremost, make sure everyone including
yourself is okay. Once that has been done, I would call the Fire Service first
purely because of all the modern safety features cars come out with these days.
If you have had a fairly decent accident and there has been a non-deployment of
an airbag, that car should not be driven and also should be checked out by the
Fire Service.

Anytime really, just when it's convenient. Everyone
is different and have different reactions when it comes to accidents. My advice
is not to stress and to contact them when you have had a chance to calm down.
