How do I know what Lightbar is right for me?

  • Sometimes you don't and that's where we can help. If possible, we will come to your premises and have a chat about what application will be right for your vehicle including Lightbar model, voltage & brightness to name a few. This by no means takes away your choice, all we do is give you some ideas that have worked for other people. At the end of the day, the final decision is always yours. We will also be able to show you various applications we have supplied via our catalogue or if you have Internet access, just log onto the website.

Where can I find some Blue & Red LED's?

  • Unless you can prove you are a Purchasing Officer with an Emergency Services Department, Government Dept, etc... not here! So please, do not ask us for blue and reds as a mouthful over the phone followed by the sound of being hung up on often offends.

What's the best price you can do me?

  • Ahhhh yes, we get asked this question a lot. Of course our regular customers get a discount because they shop with us continuously. If you are just looking for a one time purchase that's fine too, but you will be charged accordingly.

Who do I talk to for any after sales service or warranty issues?

  • Still us for both subjects. For simple questions, best thing to do is fill out our web-form and write a quick note explaining what the problem is, we will then get contact as soon as we can. For any major problems, (Say if one of our products blew apart for instance), then you should send us an urgent email or contacts us by phone. We will then try to arrange a time to come out to meet with you.

What is the best way to install one of these Lightbars?

  • By a fully qualified electrician. Any person who does an installation on any of our products, must be qualified to do so otherwise, your warranty on the product will be completely void. If you don't know anyone that can install your product for you, contact us and we will organise it for you.

Where are your products made?

  • Overseas of course like everything. We source products from China, Japan, Germany and the USA. The last Australian designed and made Lightbar we ever saw was from Hazard Systems were bought out by the Ecco Group. Don't worry though, we spend a lot of time researching, communicating and testing everything we get. If it doesn't measure up, we stop selling it.
